Refund policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date you receive your Vellure, for any reason — including if the size doesn't fit as expected.

 

Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging for a full refund. If your Vellure arrives faulty or damaged, contact us within 30 days for a free replacement or full refund — no return shipping required in this case. Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days of us receiving the return.

 

To start a return, email hello.vellure@outlook.com with your order number. Check the size chart before ordering — Asian sizing on this item runs 1-2 sizes smaller than AU/US.
